Organizational assessment & scan
How prepared is your organization for what’s next?
Management teams and leaders sense that "something is off", but find it difficult to pinpoint exactly where it is coming from. That is why we developed a short assessment that helps management teams and leaders quickly identify where the organization stands strong and where vulnerabilities are emerging for the future.
An assessment and a scan, each with its own purpose
The organizational assessment is a quick check. Within a few minutes, it becomes clear where the organization stands strong and where attention may be needed for the future. It provides direction for the conversation, without immediately going deeper into underlying causes.
The organizational scan goes one step further. It maps coherence and underlying patterns and clarifies why certain bottlenecks keep recurring. This provides a foundation for making targeted decisions.
The assessment shows where the friction is. The scan clarifies what is causing the friction and what can be done about it.
The organizational assessment
The assessment consists of 8 questions, divided across three domains that directly relate to structural performance:
- Organizational structure
Is the structure of your organization ready for the years ahead? - Results, absenteeism & employability
Is there a grip on performance and the factors that put that performance under pressure? - Collaboration & psychological safety
Can people hold each other accountable, name mistakes, and collaborate across departments?
The assessment is explicitly not a diagnosis, but a signal instrument. It makes visible where strong foundations lie and where latent risks are emerging.
What does the organizational assessment deliver?
You will receive brief feedback per domain:
- Future-proof
- Vulnerable going forward
- At risk, structural attention needed
This provides direction for the conversation within the management team or board and often serves as a stepping stone towards an in-depth organizational scan.
Make visible where strong foundations lie and where latent risks are emerging
Take the organizational assessmentTakes 3 minutes. Provides direction, not judgment.
The A-Experts organizational scan
Clarity before action
Many organizations sense that something is off. In collaboration, in direction, in workload or absenteeism. But as long as it remains a matter of isolated signals, it is difficult to improve in a targeted way.
The A-Experts organizational scan maps coherence and underlying causes. Not based on assumptions, but by examining how structure, leadership, and day-to-day behavior influence one another.
Where the organizational assessment provides a first indication, the scan offers the overview needed to make real decisions.
The scan looks at the organization as a whole, not at isolated parts. We analyze, among other things:
- how roles, responsibilities, and mandates are structured
- how decisions are made and followed up on
- how work processes and collaboration operate
- which patterns are visible in absenteeism, employability, and workload
- how communication and behavior reinforce or undermine each other
This creates a coherent picture of what is happening and why.
The organizational scan does not result in a lengthy report, but in a solid foundation for targeted action. You will receive:
- a baseline assessment of the current situation
- insight into underlying patterns and structural causes
- concrete and achievable recommendations that fit the context of your organization
This forms a practical foundation to build professionalization in a targeted way, rather than continuing to react to incidents.
The outcomes of the scan form the basis for further guidance by A-Experts. This may consist of, for example:
- strengthening structure and decision-making
- developing absenteeism management and employability
- guiding leaders and teams in collaboration and ownership
Always tailored to what has the greatest impact in your organization.
