Sandra, Leyla en Leona
Sandra
Sandra works with management teams, leaders, and teams on complex organizational challenges where collaboration, employability, and direction are under pressure. She has extensive experience with issues around workload, absenteeism, and recurring patterns within teams and organizations.
In her work, Sandra combines analytical sharpness with systemic insight. She helps organizations understand what is playing out beneath the surface and how this connects to the way work is organized, leadership, and interpersonal relationships. This creates clarity in decision-making and accelerates development and change processes.
Clients experience her approach as clarifying and decisive. Sandra brings calm and overview to complex situations and helps organizations develop structural solutions that are sustainable in the long term.

Leyla
Leyla guides organizations through complex change assignments where policy and execution have grown apart. She has a broad background in healthcare, management, and public administration, and extensive experience as an executive, manager, and consultant.
Leyla analyzes how processes, structures, and responsibilities function in practice and where these unintentionally create bottlenecks. She helps organizations strengthen methodical working, create coherence, and make decisions that are sustainable in the long term.
She does not view absenteeism and stalled collaboration as standalone problems, but as signals of missing alignment or structure. Leyla is often brought in when organizations are ready for restructuring or professionalization, with an eye for both organizational goals and human values.

Leona
Leona has been working for over thirty years at the intersection of labor, health, and organizational behavior. As an occupational health expert, she has broad experience within public and private organizations, including government, healthcare, education, SMEs, and corporates.
As an ICF certified coach, Leona focuses on leadership and behavioral change as the key to sustainable employability. She looks beyond procedures and regulations and examines how organizations deal with absenteeism, tension, and responsibility. Her conviction is that absenteeism cannot always be prevented, but that organizational behavior surrounding absenteeism is decisive for the outcome. Leona is often brought in when absenteeism is persistent, patterns keep repeating themselves, and organizations need a fresh, analytical perspective that creates movement without polarizing.
Leona combines sharp analysis with a clear vision on thinking in possibilities and taking responsibility within clear frameworks.
